New Integrative Counseling Center to hold Grand Opening on Dec. 1 with meditation and cooking demos, door prize and more

AUSTIN, Tex. (Nov. 1) - Flourish! Psychotherapy and Nutrition will hold a Grand Opening / Open House on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 from 12 - 3pm to showcase its mindfulness-based and integrative counseling services for adults.

 

The Open House will feature a Smoothie tasting demonstration, free mindfulness-based advice from “The Doctor Is In” booth, and a door prizes including Seeking Health supplements and and $100 towards a Flourish! service (new clients only).

Flourish! is located at 4361 South Congress, Unit 102,  in the PUBLIC complex in the up-and-coming St. Elmo area of Austin. 

 

Several other businesses in the complex will be participating in a PUBLIC Block Party on the same day, Dec.  1 , from 12 - 8pm.

 PARKING -- We have permission for visitors on Saturday December 1st to park in the empty lot on the left of the Food Trucks on South Congress ... just walk 1/2 block south to PUBLIC. Flourish! is close to Access Self Storage. 

Founded in 2018 Flourish! services are evidence-based, affordable, and when integrated, can provide non-pharmaceutical treatment and interventions for anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog and other common symptoms.  Their two signature programs, Mindfulness Skill Development and Flourish! in Forty, that have drawn plaudits such as “Life Changing!” from participants.

 

Flourish! services include individual and group therapy, nutritional consultations and personalized programs, and psycho-educational group classes.
