Are you the right fit for our mindful, trauma-informed clinical team ?
Flourish! is looking to hire 1-2 mental health professionals who are licensed in Texas.
Briefly: the ideal candidate is mindful, trauma-informed, interested in using a holistic approach to mental wellness with clients over the age of 16 years that have symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges and/or trauma (recent, past or PTSD). The candidate will commit to working at least 25 hours per week , mostly at our South Congress office for both in-person and telehealth sessions. A successful therapist with Flourish! can earn $110k per year, develops rich clinical skills in cutting-edge integrative and mindful treatment modalities and enjoys being a part of connected, supportive and collaborative team.
About us: Flourish! takes a mindful, somatic, and holistic approach to mental wellness. We prefer our therapists to put labels aside and see the client as a whole person, struggling with a certain set of symptoms and challenges rather than assigning them a diagnosis. Our current clients respond well to this approach as it encourages a judgment-free and compassionate therapeutic alliance.
Additionally, our Flourish! team of therapists and integrative practitioners can collaborate with you and your clients so they can feel held and guided through their wellness journey with a cohesive team approach.
Each team member values mindfulness, compassion, empathy, integrity, kindness, and judgment-free, evidence-based treatment.
Flourish is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
