Angela's Good Day Smoothie

Quick breakfast loaded with nutrients to get your day off to a good start

Place in 32 oz Nutribullet vessel or blender in this order:

  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries or any other frozen organic fruit you like

  • 2 frozen banana chunks, 2” each - Tip: Peel & break apart before freezing chunks

  • 1/2 (or more) cup leafy greens such as organic parsley / kale / spinach / arugula

  • Add Almond / nut milk to just 2” down from top of 32 oz Nutribullet cup OR about 12 ounces if using blender

  • 1 or 2 tablespoons Flax Oil for Omegas 3 & 6

  • 2 or 3 tablespoons ground Flax Seed (store in fridge / freezer to keep fresh

  • 1 scoop greens powder - Angela’s favorite is Garden of Life Perfect Food Super Greens

  • 2 scoops Collagen - Angela’s favorite is Garden of Life Collagen Peptides

  • Optional:   2 tablespoons Aloe Vera Juice for gut healing

With a smoothie, there is no right nor wrong, but it is nice if it has some omega 3 fats and best if it has some flax, a superfood for estrogen regulation and wonderful fiber.

Works best to put the powders in the last layer nearest the top, so it gets mixed well and not clump down on the Nutribullet blades.
