Mindfulness Skill Development TM for Anxiety and Depression
- Starts TuesdayOctober 2nd -- 12:00pm to 1:30pm
- Curriculum-based program to start cultivating mindful awareness and developing skills to assist in coping with the discomfort that can arise while being present
- Eight (8) sessions, 90-minutes in length over nine weeks
- Closed group class for all 8 sessions with limited seats
- Co-facilitated by Cyndi Collen, LCSW and Marcia Sherrod, LCSW
Mental Health Reset Six-Week Nutritional Group Class
- Starts Wednesday October 10th -- 6:30pm to 7:45pm
- Learn how proper nutrition can boost your mood and self-confidence in a supportive, fun environment.
- Six (6) sessions, 75 minutes in length over six weeks
- Closed group class for all 6 sessions with limited seats
- Nutritional snacks
