Group Classes for Fall 2018

Mindfulness Skill Development TM for Anxiety and Depression

  • Starts TuesdayOctober 2nd -- 12:00pm to 1:30pm 
  • Curriculum-based program to start cultivating mindful awareness and developing skills to assist in coping with the discomfort that can arise while being present 
  • Eight (8) sessions, 90-minutes in length over nine weeks 
  • Closed group class for all 8 sessions with limited seats 
  • Co-facilitated by Cyndi Collen, LCSW and Marcia Sherrod, LCSW 

 

Mental Health Reset Six-Week Nutritional Group Class 

  • Starts Wednesday October 10th -- 6:30pm to 7:45pm 
  • Learn how proper nutrition can boost your mood and self-confidence in a supportive, fun environment. 
  • Six (6) sessions, 75 minutes in length over six weeks 
  • Closed group class for all 6 sessions with limited seats 
  • Nutritional snacks
