I believe we are meant to live full, authentic lives by appreciating and integrating all of our parts, experiences, mind, body, and soul. However, trauma(s), feeling misunderstood, family wounds, or other experiences can leave us feeling fragmented, stressed, and stuck.

My approach to therapy is to help you hold the fragmented, painful or overwhelmed parts while exploring opportunities to resolve past and present behavior or relationship patterns. I bring authenticity, non-judgmental presence, and compassion into our relationship as well as mindful and trauma-informed techniques, tools, and resources to facilitate growth and awareness, and help you move through and forward toward your goals.

I enjoy working with people who desire connection, are anxious, over-achievers needing a safe space to lean into painful memories or experiences, or are ready to do the work to break unhealthy patterns. Ideally, you are at least 16 years old, have the capacity to meet weekly, and are open to my relational, empathetic, and holistic style. I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life and witnessing their growth and development of self-confidence, grace, compassion, and emotional expression.
