I will hold space for you to reconnect with your inherent strengths, embrace your unique path, and navigate the transformative process of healing and self-discovery. We will work together through a calm, creative, and compassionate lens characterized by a deep curiosity about your unique human experiences and I will listen beyond words to help you explore unconscious patterns, supporting them in cultivating the tools and insights needed to thrive.
I am a passionate advocate for mental health, dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I believe counseling is a process of reconnecting with one’s innate capacity for resilience. Inspired by Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic, and relational approaches, I create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your inner world and cultivate authentic connections within you and with others. Guided by the understanding that humans are wired for both connection and protection, I help clients create emotional safety and reconnect with their inner vitality.
My integrative approach draws on relational, somatic, and expressive arts therapies to support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer a therapeutic environment where clients feel supported to grow, process held experiences, and flourish to their fullest potential.
