Join us for a live, online workshop starting Wednesday September 25th 12:30pm to connect to the safety of the present moment

Do you feel bombarded by financial, medical, and political stressors? Overwhelmed with uncertainty and worry with all that is really happening right now? Flourish! would like to help.

Engaging with others in breathwork and meditation can help ground your nervous system into 'safety' and build resilience to cope with stress, anxiety, and uncertainty.

Join us for a 4-week live meditation and breathwork online workshop. In this class, you will be guided through meditative exercises and breathing exercises to ground your nervous system into the safety of the present moment. Being ‘live’ with others during the class, rather than watching the recording on your own, can provide additional safety signals for your vagus nerve and help you find a few moments of calm and relaxation.

Inga Overstreet will be offering 2 different days and times - sign up for either Monday or Wednesday 4-class series which starts the week of September 16th.

Details:

  • Classes are 30 minutes long and are held online via Zoom

  • Registration is required to receive the Zoom link

  • Cost is $75 for all 4 class

  • Class is FREE for Flourish clients with a discount code

The classes are facilitated by Inga Overstreet, graduate-level therapist intern. Inga has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for 20 years. “For me, my own mindfulness and meditation practice has resulted in me feeling more grounded and present, and it has made it easier to connect to others authentically. I enjoy practicing multiple types of mindfulness like walking meditations, nature walks, loving-kindness practices, and mindful eating.”
