Mindfulness Therapy Group
Thursday evening group therapy in south Austin, for clients with anxiety and/or depression.
Find out what it feels like to receive empathy, compassion, and acceptance from others while allowing yourself to be open and honest by engaging in group therapy.
Our Mindfulness Therapy Groups for Anxiety and Depression are long-term, processing groups that meet for 90 minutes at least three times per month. Participants report feeling more confident, connected, and validated from attending group consistently.

Relational Processing Group for Adult Survivors of Childhood Abuse & Trauma
This is a relational therapy group that helps people process, in community, the overwhelming experiences of childhood trauma, including physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, gaslighting or manipulation, and negligence.
Being in a group with other people who have experienced overwhelming circumstances allows us to give and receive kindness and start to repair our attachment wounds. Find out what it feels like to receive empathy, compassion, and acceptance from others while allowing yourself to be open and honest by engaging in group therapy.
This is a long-term, processing group that meets for 90 minutes at least two times per month. Participants report feeling more confident, connected, and validated from attending group consistently.

Meditation and Breathwork Online Workshop - Wednesdays, 4 weeks

Mindfulness Workshop: Connecting To Your Nervous System for Emotional Flexibility
If you are finding it difficult to de-stress, turn down the intensity of anxiety, or shift out of exhaustion, our 4-week class, Connecting To Your Nervous System for Emotional Flexibility, will help you to connect with how your body responds to stressors, develop emotional flexibility through awareness and self-compassion, and learn tools/skills to ‘hack’ your nervous system. Learn to use different breathing techniques and body movements to recover from stress, fatigue, and overwhelm.
