Reset and Restore in 2022

Instead of making a new year's resolution to try a ‘diet’, take our group class to learn the best long-term individualized approach to nutrition rather than a short-term diet. Our group class will guide you to connect what foods help or hinder your mood, energy and mental clarity and shift your relationship with food to one that is nurturing and fulfilling.

Reset & Restore is a 6-week group nutrition class that focuses on mindful nutrition and lifestyle resets to help us feel more in tune with our connection to food, mood, energy, and mental clarity.

Serve your guests (and self) comfort and joy with this nutritious Avocado Dip

This holiday season you might want to think about forging a new path around holiday eating. Instead of giving yourself a 10 day pass to eat whatever and then promising to make dietary changes in the new year, try adding in one nutritious meal or snack a day that is filled with veggies and good fats and you may find you will eat less of the sugary stuff later.

This recipe for avocado dip is filled with fiber, ‘good’ fat, protein, vitamins and minerals which means this dip can help you stabilize blood sugar, lower cholesterol, load you up with anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer molecules and keep you satiated to make it easier to pass on extra sugar cookies or white peppermint bark.

Mindfulness meditation is now regarded as an effective, evidence-based treatment that can improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.

Brain imaging research has shown that regularly practicing mindfulness is associated with beneficial changes in the activation of certain parts of the brain.

Medicine for the brain - Brain Bolt Salad Dressing

The dressing recipe below is an ideal way to incorporate healthy fats into your diet. The dressing is easy to make and delicious! It’s also helpful in eliminating toxic oils like canola, corn, soybeanwhich are found in most store bought dressings.
